Also, reading about the fafinettes come to life on Vain and Vapid led me to share Stu's Fafi piece from a show of hers in '04. I rather like it. Just waiting for it to uncurl, again.

Our sill

Stu was a GEM and made me this plant sill. 

If I didn't have nosy pups it would've been on the ground.  But I quite like this set up.

What you're seeing is unknown ivy-ish plant, rosemary, italian parsley and basil. I wish I was as patient as G but it's so hard to resist these beauties when I see them in the farmer's market!!

Green walls

We've worked a bit on our entryway and our living room but the bedroom is still sorta in shambles. We need a new mattress, the dresser is half-sanded from an attempt a few months ago and I just finally bought a proper curtain for the window. But it's because it's a very small space and it took me over a year to figure out what style would compliment both our feelings and the size and stu's artwork.

I think that I need green walls.

House Envy

I don't have either the confidence or the naivete to leave home and live in a barn - I am comfortably, and sadly, an average city dweller. But that doesn't mean I can't dream. :)
