That post title shows how i feel about wires tangled up in my home. decluttered.com has a great simple cheap way to get your sh** together and organized. 
if you don't like the look of a peg board, some of his reader had a great idea to attach the board underneath the desk. just scrolly down on decluttered.com...

smart idea. i had just tripped over the insane tangle of cords in my living room before i read this, so it came at the right time.
that is a good idea. I have got to clean my wires up. Maybe everything should be organized on peg board!
